Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 48 hours, your order may have already entered our custom production process and can no longer be cancelled.

You may cancel for a full refund.
AFTER 48 HOURS
Your order may be in production and cannot be cancelled.
ONCE SHIPPED
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

- Custom curtains are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- If your order has already been cut, sewn, or prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
- We do not offer cancellations for change of mind after the 48-hour window.
- For orders cancelled within the eligible timeframe, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
