Our Commitment
Because each Fossko curtain is custom made just for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error, we will gladly make it right.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
MADE-TO-MEASURE ERRORS
If we made a mistake in measurement, fabric, color, or heading style, we will remake your curtains at no extra cost.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Change of Mind
As all curtains are custom made to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or decisions made after purchase.
We encourage you to order free fabric swatches and review our Measuring Guide before placing your order.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- ✓ The item is damaged during shipping
- ✓ The item has a manufacturing defect
- ✓ We made an error with your order (wrong fabric, color, size, or heading style)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
