What's the total delivery timeline?

Total timeline is typically 1-3 weeks from order placement: 2-4 weeks for production plus 3-7 business days for shipping. Rush production may be available - contact us for details.

What's the process for placing an order?

Browse our collections, select your desired curtain style, choose your specifications (width, length, header style, fabric), add to cart, and complete checkout. We'll send you a confirmation email with your order details.

I ordered the wrong size or color - what now?

Contact us immediately at support@fossko.com. If your order hasn't entered production yet (within 24 hours), we may be able to modify it. After production begins, custom orders cannot be changed.

We create each curtain to your exact specifications. To ensure proper fit, please follow our measurement guide carefully. If there's an error on our part, we'll remake your curtains at no charge.

What header styles do you offer?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, orders enter production and cannot be canceled. For modifications, contact us within 24 hours at support@fossko.com.
