Custom Orders
All curtains and window treatments sold by Fossko are custom-made to your specifications. Once production begins (24 hours after order placement), orders cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your measurements and specifications carefully before ordering.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Production and Shipping
Custom orders typically require 2-4 weeks for production. Shipping times vary by location (3-7 business days within the US). We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions. We recommend ordering fabric samples before placing large orders.
